2016 was a solid year for Muskoka sales. A number of records were set for volume, and price. 2017 sees the same happening. There are fewer listings then we are used to seeing, by a good margin, but the sales volume and property pricing remains strong. The ultra high end of the market may see some pricing correction in the near future due to high inventory levels never seen before, but the main stream Muskoka market will continue to be strong $1M - $3M due to lack of inventory and abundance of buyers.
